Registrars and Team Managers-
How to access schedules from CJSA/Sports Connect

For Clubs that use the full Sports Connect platform-If your club uses the full Sports Connect platform to drive their website, then, click on the “Go to CJSA” Link and log in using the same credential you use to access your account. You can see that button when you are on your team page. See this Screenshot
You should be able to navigate to all teams you have rights to, either as a parent with players on that team, or as the Team Manager, Assistant coach, etc..
You can then click on the Schedule tab from the team page to get details on your home and away matches. Managers can see contact info for their opponents so they can be in touch regarding the specific time and field slot for the date of their game together. Follow your Club’s protocol for securing home field time slots and referees. Depending on the club, either the Registrar and/or the Team Manager can update the schedule dates with Field and time slot info.

For clubs that Upload data to CJSA/Sports Connect-If your club does not use the Sports Connect platform to drive their website, then you are an “Upload Club”. Registars already have log in access to this link below and may also have provided rights to their Team Managers. · All managers will need access to post schedule changes and scores,

Once you are in, Click on the Leagues/Tournament tab.
Then Click on “Southwest District Fall 2022 Classic Travel” (It won’t work until we publish the schedules. Target date is late evening of 8/31.)
Whe it is published you will see options to select Age group and Gender, then Flights to see your teams’s schedule. Click on any team name and choose Team info for Coach and Team Manager contact info. Matches are scheduled on Sundays. We skip Columbus Day. If you are home, follow your Club’s process to request a field and notify the referee assignor. Once the field and time are assigned, notify the visiting teamIf you are away, contact
Every team will at least have a coach. If that is the only contact information, then reach out to them to communicate about Field and time slot for the match between the team
If you run in to any issues, check with your Club Registrar first as they have control over what actions a team manager can take. Sometimes it is as simple as toggling one button on your profile and you will be able to navigate the system.

Navigating team page to find team info for opponents. Printing Rosters to have at each game for referee. (Note they talk a lot about choosing different players for Game Day Rosters. You can ignore that. SWD uses one single roster of all players for the whole season. Print a stack at the start of the season and give to the coach, assistant coaches, etc. That way if you have a game where someone is delayed,,,,, there will be someone else there who has a copy so the match can start on time!
